Morck Well JV

Inclusive of Morck Well and Doolgunna Projects

Managed by Sandfire Resources Limited (Earning 70% Interest)

In February 2018, Auris entered a Farm-in Agreement with Sandfire Resources Limited (“Sandfire”) in relation to the Morck Well East and Doolgunna Projects which cover ~430km². Sandfire has the right to earn a 70% interest in the projects upon completion of a Feasibility Study on a discovery of not less than 50,000t contained copper (or metal equivalent). Sandfire's Old Highway Gold Deposit located approximately. 8km to the NE along strike from Morck Well.  The Old Highway deposit is a major focal point of Sandfire's gold strategy in the region

Aggressive exploration program has been carried out by Sandfire since commencement of the JV including Air Core, RC and Diamond Drilling and geophysical surveys including DHEM and MLEM surveys

Morck Well Project

Significant Copper returned from Air Core drilling includes^:

11m @ 3.5% Cu (MWAC0109)

6m @ 1.3% Cu (MWAC0111)

9m @ 2.3% Cu (MWAC0112)

Significant Gold returned from 800m x 100m spaced Air Core drilling includes ^:

7m at 6.09 g/t Au (MWAC2225)

5m @ 4.76g/t Au (MWAC2682)

10m @ 2.05g/t Au (MWAC3574)

10m @ 1.25g/t Au (MWAC2679)

15m @ 1.03g/t Au (MWAC3749)

6m at 1.19 g/t Au (MWAC2226)

Regional Air Core drilling completed in the west of the project area has highlighted a 3.2km trend of significant gold mineralisation which trends into the 100% Auris Feather Cap Project, potentially extending for a further 2.5km.

Significant heritage clearances (>270-line km) have been completed to allow Sandfire to evaluate the potential of completing targeted 400m infill Air Core drilling to follow-up gold results returned from previously completed 800m line spaced regional Air Core drilling

Doolgunna Project

Significant MLEM anomalism identified at Cow Hole Bore located 5km southeast from the DeGrussa Copper-Gold Mine and 750m along strike to the south west of the Salmon Gold Prospect which has returned previous drill results including 5m @ 9.0g/t Au from 22m including 2m @ 19.1g/t Au from 23m (DRC059).  MLEM anomalism potentially associated with copper sulphide mineralisation at depth.  RC drill hole to be completed to test modelled MLEM anomalism

Regional Air Core drilling was completed within the Doolgunna Project designed to gain a better understanding of the lithologies composing the prospect area and as infill drilling to RC drilling carried out by Auris in 2011.  A significant composite gold intersection of 5m @ 3.08g/t Au from 20m was returned from (MWAC4225) located approximately 100m along strike from the Salmon Prospect.
